Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Private Group Classes (Cariku Art Lab) Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled based on availability. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class are non-refundable, as materials, kiln scheduling, and instructor time are reserved in advance. A one-time reschedule may be offered at Cariku Art Lab’s discretion. Participant count: Final headcount must be confirmed 5 days prior to the class. This number will be used for billing and material preparation. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Weather or emergency cancellations initiated by Cariku Art Lab will be rescheduled or fully refunded. By confirming the booking, the group agrees to this cancellation policy.
